Wheat dosa is the most convenient health food if done properly. It is best to use a non stick pan which is not very hot. Since its quite soft you can feed babies too.So next time you know what to prepare when your kids are hungry. It tastes best with chutney or sambar.
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Butter or oil 1 tsp
- Buttermilk – 1 to 2 cups
- Oil for frying
Mix wheat, salt and oil/butter in a bowl and rub the wheat well so that all the oil or butter is well incorporated.
Now add buttermilk and make the batter (similar to dosa batter). If you have curd beat curd and water and make the buttermilk before adding it to the wheat mixture.
Now pour thin dosas and add butter or oil for frying and leave it on a low flame. Fold and serve.
Do not turn the dosa it will become soft. Fold it gently.
