After marriage, when I had to cook for inlaws without onion and garlic, I used to wonder if anything can be made without the two. From then my hunt started and now I find this type of cooking convenient and easy. Imagine no chopping onions.

So here is one yummy, creamy gravy, I’m sure your kids are going to love it. An excellent lunchbox recipe, if you don’t have time to make rotis have it with Pav/bread.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams paneer
  • Frozen Peas
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 10-15 cashews
  • Chilli powder- 1tsp
  • Coriander powder- 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder- ½ tsp
  • Garam masala- ½ tsp

Procedure:

To boiling water add whole tomatoes and cashews. Boil for 2 mins. Then run cold water on it, remove tomato skin and grind with cashews.
