By Arathi,

Hi Moms

I know most of you must be wondering how you are going to keep your kids occupied during Dussera and Christmas holidays. As the tradition continues we @ mommyswall introduce a new and exciting subscription box for your kids before every holiday.  JackInTheBox is a theme-based activity box for children between the ages of 5 & 10. Each box contains 5 fun and fresh activities that work on the following 5 areas of development, cognitive, social, speech & language, fine motor, and gross motor.

After reviewing most of the subscription boxes in India, I can tell you that Jack in the box stands out for focussing on the concept and your kids are sure to gain a lot of knowledge. The box we received this month was called space explorer. My son enjoyed learning about the space and rocket science. It also has a board game which allows kids to play with their friends.

The Components:
Rocket Science Experiment: It was a DIY rocket which can take off
Solar System Wind Chime: A DIY chime which explains about different planets and their positions in the solar system.

Starry Kaleidoscope: Never thought making a kaleidoscope would be so easy and exciting.

Space Expedition Board Game
Lace the Constellations- Making constellations with laces can never be so much fun.
2015-10-01 18.40.58
Badges and Appreciation cards
Why do we love the box?
  • The box has a mixed set of activities and learning material
  • The quality of the components are very good, most of the explanatory material comes in form of cards which can be stored.
  • It will make an excellent return gift for kids aged 5-10
  • They do have options of boxes with different concepts on their site.
Cost of a single box is INR 785 and subscriptions start from INR 2655
Where do I buy Jackinthebox?
