#DunkyDoIt – 5 ways to Pep up your Tired Kids

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Lets go back to our own childhood. We were full of energy and had time for fun activities. Sadly, kids these days are full of after school assignments, extra classes, extracurricular activities and what not. There is no end to how much we expect from them, and how hard they are working to blend in with their peers.

So here are five ways we can pep up our tired kids to keep them motivated:

1. Set up a home spa

Yes, kids do love a gentle massage session to activate their tired cells. Give them a head massage and put them in a bubble bath with their favorite aromas

2. Take a sweet escape

A dessert treat is always a great way to keep up a child’s spirits. A delish box of 6 Dunky Doos at just INR 199 is a fantastic way to bring a smile on those gloomy little faces. They offer such great options for moms and kids alike, we just love to #DunkyDoIt . The happy ambiance and their colorful bright doughnuts can really brighten anyone’s day.

3. Play their favourite sport

There’s nothing like playing football on a rainy day, or playing beach volleyball. More play is less stress.

4. Sweet talk and cuddle

Talk to your kids, it’s the best way to understand what they are facing, and giving them a shoulder to rest. To be raised with warmth works wonders for any kid, and a warm hug works wonders any day.

5. Take them on a Holiday

A short trip is always great to move them away from their routine. Choose a fun destination, get them involved in the planning to keep their energies high.

Hope these little tips will help you boost your kid’s energy. What are some of the tips and tricks you have up your sleeve? Do share it in the comments section below.
