Weightloss Recipe: Instant Wheat Dosa

How have you guys been?

South Indians can make dosas and chutneys out of anything. So here is my moms tasty, healthy and crispy wheat dosas. She is so happy not spending time rolling rotis, hehe. Im calling it instant because it does not need to ferment, but you need to soak cracked wheat or dhalia overnight.

Here is the simple recipe:

Soak 2 cups of dhalia/broken wheat/craked wheat with 2 Tbsp urad dal (white) overnight. In the morning grind it into a thin paste, little more runny than rice dosas.

Make crispy dosas, you need to cook on one side only, dont turn the dosas then it will become soft. Since the dosa is thin both sides will get  cooked. Hope you enjoyed this quicky.
