Hello friends,

There is no chemical product in the world that can beat all-natural . To give my skin a boost here or there, I like to use vitamin-packed fruits and vegetables. We all know that these foods are super healthy for our bodies, but in fact they are great for our skin as well! These are some of my favorite natural skin savers.Use them continuously for 3 months and see the difference.Choose as per your liking and requirements.

1)Papaya– Massage a piece of ripe papaya on your face for blemish-free skin.

2)Cabbage–  It is said cabbage mask is highly beneficial for sagging skin.Make a natural homemade facial mask using 3 tablespoons of finely chopped cabbage, 2 teaspoons of rice flour, and 1 egg white. Simply apply this homemade face mask over the loose skin on face for about 20 minutes.
3)Cucumber-Cucumber slices can be used to remove dark under eye circles and they can also be applied on your skin to remove sun tan. If you have dark underarms you can apply cucumber juice to your underarm areas 15 mins before taking a bath
4)Orange – Applying orange juice regularly are proven to prevent wrinkles and fine lines from appearing
5)Pomegranate-Apply pomegranate juice on your skin. Wash off when dry and soon you will discover that your skin will grow more radiant and supple.
6)Strawberries – Mash it into pulp and apply on face to remove sun tan
7)Grapes-Grapes pulp can be used to tighten skin and to naturally bleach it.
8)Potato– It is a natural bleaching agent. One can use potato slices to relieve tired eyes and get rid of dark circles ,sunburn and suntan.
9)Tomato– Massage the pulp onto your face and rinse off with cold water after 10-12 mins. Radiant skin guaranteed!

10)Apple – Only for oily skin. Grate an apple and apply on your face for 10-15 mins to soak up excess oil. Rinse off with cold water.
11) Carrot.-A face mask can be made by mixing grated carrot with one tbsp honey. Rinse off with lukewarm water after 10-15 mins for a glowing skin.
12)Banana– Massage a ripe banana on your face to get instantly glowing skin. Don’t try if you have oily skin!
13)Lemon- Always dilute lemon juice before applying as it is strong in nature. Its peel can be used to soften and lighten skin around your elbows. The peel can also be used to brighten your nails. Its juice can be applied on acne to reduce the marks and mixed in bath water to keep you feeling fresh throughout the day.
14)Avocado – Highly useful for  for Dry Skin. Mash 1/2 very ripe, soft avocado in a bowl, then stir in 1/4 cup honey. Apply to skin and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse face with a cool washcloth. This mask works well on mature, wrinkled and dry skin
15) Coconut water – Coconut water can help in removing acne marks from skin. Also coconut oil is very effective when applied on skin burns.
