My shopping experience with jabong.com

If your a regular visitor, you are sure to know that I do most of my shopping online. All this started once my little one was born. I had no time to visit the mall. And now that she can run around, its even worse to shop. Moreover, I am so addicted to the choices and discounts we have online that I am never satisfied with real shopping. So this has made me a crazy virtual shopper.

Now that the festive season has started, I have started shopping for my little one and myself. I first saw jabong.com in an ad on TV. After spending hours on the site, I should tell you that I love it. I was so spoilt by the options of clothes and footwear.

Here are some stuff tat impressed me when compared to other sites:

Choices and brands

They have clothes that cater to your budget and also so many options from leading brands to designer wear. Let me give you an example: I was hunting for a kurtha around Rs 500, so I entered 499-500 in the box where you can enter the price-range, and believe me it gave me 300 plus choices according to my size.

Discounts

I was floored by the discounts and the clearance sale (upto 70 % off). While shopping at other sites you need be quick and lucky to grab pieces with the most discount, here they have plenty of options for everyone. That’s another plus.

The zoom option

Yea I know most sites allow you to zoom through the pictures, but here they have atleast 6-7 images of every piece and close ups of even tiny embroidery which makes it very easy to select.

The delivery

They have a quick delivery system, I got my stuff in 4 days (in the site 3-7 days was mentioned). I got timely messages when the item was dispatched. But what I liked best was that I received a message (“you will receive the courier today”) the morning when I was to receive the item, and I received the courier on the same day as intimated. Its was very useful as I put a word to my neighbor to collect it on my behalf when I was out. They have an excellent tracking system too, do check it out
