Recipe of Guacamole – Healthy and Tasty Dip for Kids

Avocado can be eaten by anyone, babies from 6 months to old people. This fruit has no sugar content like other fruits, so even diabetes patients can consume it without a doubt. Another advantage is that, it has no taste on its own, so it acquires taste from all the seasoning you add. It is an anti-aging powerhouse. Its rich in fiber and has more potassium than bananas. Also not to forget that it contains proteins.

So moms don’t delay in introducing this fruit and yummy dip to your loved ones.


  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 chopped tomato
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 10 leaves – chopped cilantro or coriander
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Lime


Step 1- remove the seed and scoop out the avocado.

Step 2- Smash Avacado

Step 3 – add the rest of the ingredients and mix

Now your guacamole is ready to eat as a dip or salad. Enjoy!!!
