Recipe of Banana Chocolate Chip Walnut Bread

Here is an easy and yummy recipe for your little ones. It has the goodness of banana and walnut which is rich in nutrients. It will make a great evening snack and the kids are surely going to love the chocolate chips..

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4-5 ripe bananas (make sure you use ripe bananas)
  • 1/3 cup soft unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Procedure

Preheat oven to 350 degree F or 180 degree C.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

Add mashed banana, butter and beaten eggs. Finally stir in chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 Degree F or 180 degree C for 55-60 mins.
