Mommies, I think your quest for the best birthday present for your little ones will end after reading this post. We all know how we can personalize mugs, calendars, cards and so much more. But imagine a personal story book with your LO as the main hero of the story. No more Tom Sawyer and Tintin!!
Recently we received 2 story books from iandmystory.com and I was more surprised than my daughter. She does not know how to read, so I read out to her everyday. The stories have her as the main character, and also includes her cousins as the other characters.
There is a beautiful image of her on the first page with a wish. The books are hardbound and have great quality. It will last for a long time; the paper quality is another thing that impressed me with a nice sheen to it.
The last page has educational material, for example the story on Pinocchio has a page on puppets and the wondering carpet has details of the wonders of the world.
Best part is that I was also a part of one story (yeah!). I had requested hem to include a mommy character in the book.

One of the best surprises you can give your little ones. After reading out to Maanvi for sometime, I will safely store these books and surprise her when she grows older.
The price is very reasonable for the quality: Rs 400-500 (if you like your kids image to be published). These are level one story books. The same books are also available in level two (same story with more text) for kids with reading ability.
