Tonight is a big one for many of us, there will be partying, greeting, meeting and loads of fun. For a few it will be spending quiet time with family watching all the fun on television. Most of us mommies are always finding it difficult to pick the right outfit or a quick way to fix the hair and makeup for the party.
Now Looking and feeling good is not only for parties and get-together. So lets all join to make a few resolutions for the coming year that will help us feel more healthy and beautiful. Here are a few tips that we all should attempt to keep in the years to come.
– Wash Your Face
To remove all the makeup before going to bed
-Clean Your Makeup Brushes
regularly
-Get a good nights Sleep
to relieve stress and feel rejuvenated
-Apply Sunscreen Everyday
atleast 20mins before stepping out (in all seasons, including winter)
-Drink water
to cleanse your system. Warm water works like magic in losing weight and leaving you with a glowing skin
-Exercise
any simple one but do it everyday. Just a walk for 15-20mins will also do
-Eat healthy
fully balanced meal
-Follow a simple beauty regime
Cleanse, Exfoliate and Moisturize
