Recently my daughter and I had attended a Kids Kitchen Tour and Pizza making session at California Pizza Kitchen, Indira nagar Bangalore. It was a great event organised by California Pizza kitchen. The event started with a Pizza making session. Kids could choose the pizza they want to make and all ingredients were supplied.
They had given the kids little caps and aprons which fit perfectly. Then the kids were taken into the kitchen and allowed to see how their pizza goes into the oven, and comes out fresh and all fluffed up. My daughter enjoyed her day. It was a great bonding time between all moms and kids. The staff took special care to make sure the kids were engaged and even gave them crayons and colouring books to colour, while the moms could take a bite of some food.
From what I see special care was taken to keep the food hygienic. The Chef was very kind to explain some of the pizza making steps and answer questions by all kids. My daughter misplaced her bottle in the store and since they could not find it, they replaced the bottle and made sure they delivered it at my place. And yes it was quite an expensive bottle (Pura).
