All of us who want to lose weight know what we are not suppose to eat. Most often the list which we are not suppose to eat is bigger than the allowed food. Its painstaking to make salads and multi-grain food especially during breakfast. And we miss out all essential nutrients during our diet. So I got to know about Isha Sanjeevani powder from a friend which is also called the Life Nourisher and its been my breakfast for the past 6 months.
I hate porridges, but this one is different, it does not get slimy and tastes great. I add one Tbspn of powder to one glass water and cook it for 2-3 mins, I add jaggery syrup or honey to it and it completes my breakfast.
