Stomach wash is also called gastric lavage. During our parents times, Im sure they would have told you how they used to consume castor to clean their stomach. But we belong to an age where are kids would never try such stuff and we ourselves freak out hearing such remedies.

But surprisingly, we dont hesitate giving our kids bottles of medicines loaded with chemicals. Anyways, here is a simple home remedy you can try out once in six months. This helps with constipation and also as the stomach will be clearing it helps with pin-worms.

You need

Small Brinjal/eggplant, extremely tiny ones, Hing or asafoetida, A stone for smashing

Smash a small piece of brinjal with a pinch of hing, keep smashing till it reaches a paste consistency. Dip your finger into the paste and place this in your child mouth. You need very little of this mixture.

Please dont try this on babies below 6 months or kids who are allergic to brinjal.

Also, use raw brinjal and not cooked ones.
