Moms here is a healthy pancake recipes for your little ones.
- Oats – 1 Tbsp
- Egg – 1
- 1 Tbsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 Tsp sugar
Dry roast oats, cool and grind.
Beat an egg and add it to the powder. To this add essence, milk and sugar and mix till you get a smooth batter (like dosa batter).
Pour it in a pan, dont press and make it flat. Flip and cook the other side.
Serve with butter, honey, jam or chocolate sauce.
