You can feed any vegetable for kids after they turn 1year. But when it comes to baby food you need sort the veggies that goes into their meal. Infants after 6 months can be given veggies in form of purees, soups or mashed along with their food or khichdi.
So here is a list of veggies that can be given to infants:
