Stop Using Soap for the Face
Stop using soap to cleanse your face, make sure face washes you use are soap free. If your still doubtful use natural products like Besan or any fruit, even old fruits to wash your face. Or plain water is good enough.
Eat Healthy and drink plenty of water
Healthy eating habits shows on our skin and hair. Avoid junk food and caffeine. Eat a lots of fresh fruits and veggies especially in different colors. Drink plenty of water and avoid too much alcohol as it dehydrates the body and skin.
Look after your hair
Oil your hair once in week and shampoo your hair regularly. Use organic hair dyes and rub raw onions on regions where your experience hair loss, it is useful for men who are balding. Include curry leaves, parsley and a lot of greens in your diet.Choose the right hairstyle and try to keep your hair longer for that younger look.
