Use an aspirator to clear the nose and wipe with soft tissues and discard them immediately.
Keep the baby’s head elevated.
Use saline drops to clear the nose before breastfeeding .
Use a decongestant like Sinarest, only after consulting your doctor.
Steam and a warm bath are good remedies.
