There is not much change from the 2000 Calorie Diet Chart For Pregnant Diabetic Moms (Vegeterain) diet chart that I provided earlier.
You can have dish/chicken/meat weekly twice with one portion of 150 gms meat.
Else replace meat my 1 egg. Dont eat both.
Summary:
Carbs- 63.2 percent
Proteins- 18.4 percent
Fats: 17.4 percent
